How to claim and return goods at FastForce s.r.o. 

 

RETURN OF GOODS TO 14 DAYS

If you find out immediately after receipt of the goods from our e-shop that it does not suit you for any reason, you can return it without giving the reason, and you will be sent back to your account within 14 working days or you can choose other goods.

 

What you need:

- intact goods
- a printed invoice with a bank account number or IBAN

Procedure:

- Pack the goods.
- Provide a printed invoice with a bank account number or IBAN.
- Send us a complete package to our address:

- you have the right to return the purchased goods without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods
- Return of goods within 14 days applies only to goods purchased at the e-shop. Postage for shipping is paid by the customer.

RETURN OF GOODS AFTER 14 DAYS

If you fail to comply with the statutory time limit of 14 days, you can return the intact goods. When you create a new order at least in the value of the returned merchandise and you complete it, we will refund the money amount to your account for unsatisfactory returned goods.

- a copy of the confirmation of the newly created order

Procedure:

- Pack the goods.

- Attach a printed invoice with a bank account number

General Return Terms:

- only intact, unused, undamaged goods, resale, can be returned
- We prefer returning in original packaging
- the completed form must be enclosed with the returned goods
- When shipping, pack the returned goods so that they are not damaged during transport
- Goods may only be returned as a regular package, whether by post or by a shipping service
- shipment sent as a cash on delivery will not be accepted

COMPLAINT

If a problem occurs, a defect or stops functioning, you must claim it.

What do you need:

- detailed photographic documentation of the damage
- a copy of the purchase receipt
 

Procedure:

- Submit the request and the reason for the claim without undue delay, preferably in writing at: [email protected]

- What comes next?
- We will try to correct the defect according to the photodocumentation, and we will send the newly made product again

General Terms of Claim:

- the warranty period for consumer goods is 24 months from receipt of the goods by the buyer; for companies that indicate the IR, a 12 months maturity guarantee (In case of replacement of the goods for new ones in the warranty period, a new guarantee will not start)

- You will be notified of the resolution of the complaint within the statutory deadline within no more than 30 days
- after the third claim of the same product, the buyer is entitled to a refund
